This is a dark denim bead with matte finish. The bead has blue-light blue stripes that will vary from bead to bead. If the bead gets into a watter you may see the glossy dark denim. But when dry it will look matte again. You can rinse your bead with water for a second if you feel it needs a bath, but don`t forget it can also safely be cleaned just with a piece of cloth.
